How I build
Before any design, I write down who the site is for, what they need to know and what you want them to do. That page plan drives the design, the copy and the SEO.
I build in small steps on a preview link, so you click through real pages instead of approving pictures of them.
At launch, analytics, Google Search Console and redirects from any old URLs are in place. You get the logins, the code and a short guide to editing your own content.

Should I use WordPress or custom code?
WordPress when you want to edit pages yourself and need common features such as a blog or a shop. Custom code when speed, security or an unusual feature matters more. I'll recommend one for your case and explain why.
Will I own the website?
Yes. The domain, hosting account, code and content are yours, and you get every login.
Can you fix or speed up the website I already have?
Yes. I start with an audit of speed, errors and search issues, then fix the problems in order of impact.
